Marisa Brewer
Marisa Andersen Brewer is a Solution Architect at F2 Strategy. She joined F2 through its acquisition of Callaway Cloud Consulting, where she spent eight years growing from System Administrator to Solution Engineer to Solution Architect.
Marisa specializes in business analysis and in turning what she learns into practical Salesforce solutions for wealth management firms. Her work over the past several years has centered on the wealth space. She is a Practifi specialist who has supported Callaway's full Practifi client base, and she also works extensively in Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud. Today she serves as solution architect, project manager, and team lead for each of her clients. She leads requirements discovery, solution design, and end-to-end delivery while managing and mentoring a team of consultants.
Her degree in Sociology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a concentration in organizations and an emphasis on research, shapes how she approaches every engagement: understanding how people and teams actually work before designing the technology to support them. Before Callaway, she was a Business Analyst at Topcon Positioning Systems. She is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and CPQ Specialist.
Outside of work, Marisa is an artist who lives in Las Vegas with her husband and cats, and tries to make it to a concert every month.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?
I'm most passionate about looking at a problem through both a creative and an analytical lens. Every firm's challenge is a little different, and I love the moment when a close look at how a team works turns into a solution that makes their day easier. Being able to help people that way is the best part of what I do.
What would you tell someone just starting out in the wealth or asset management industry today?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. No one expects you to know everything, and asking early saves time for you and your clients. It's just as important to be comfortable saying "Let me look into that for you." Being able to admit when you need to confirm something and then following through with a real answer builds more trust than guessing ever will.
Who or what inspires you in your work?
What inspires me is the analysis: digging into a client's issue, figuring out what's really going on, and getting it resolved. Who inspires me is my coworkers. I work with a truly collaborative group of people who share ideas freely and jump in to help each other, and that makes all of us better at what we do.
