Michael Leeman is a Senior Business Analyst at F2 Strategy. He has more than 25 years of experience leading technology, operations, and business transformation initiatives across financial services and fintech. He helps clients navigate complex investment operations and regulatory requirements with practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen compliance.  

Since 2007, Michael has held progressive leadership roles at BNY, serving as Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner and Senior Vice President within Asset Servicing Engineering. His work includes modernizing legacy infrastructure, improving secure data transfer processes, managing Agile release cycles, and supporting enterprise accounting and trade processing platforms. He has also led reporting, data integration, hedge fund administration, and trade processing initiatives for large-scale asset administration and high-volume transaction environments. Earlier in his career, Michael developed experience in brokerage processing, fund accounting, investment compliance, client implementations, and production support at SunGard, JPMorgan Chase, and First Data Investor Services Group. He is based in Melrose, Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife and four daughters. Outside of work, Michael enjoys home projects and cheering on his daughters at their games.
