What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

‍Adaptability is key! We are in an industry that is constantly changing and innovating, and our particular duties within it require us to always stay knowledgeable and ready for those changes.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

‍Most recently, the deployment of AI has been monumental and will likely change how our entire industry operates. All of the different offerings are continuing to improve and have more specific utilization within our industry. The ability to leverage AI to fit into different workflows and adapt it to a multitude of use cases will be very beneficial to everyone.
