What advice would you give someone just starting out in the industry?

Learn as much as you can about different areas of trust accounting and operations. Don't stay focused on a single area. Ask questions, seek to understand how processes connect, and work to see the bigger picture.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

Supporting team members and sharing knowledge of SWP, trust operations, configurations, asset schemas, and transactions. I enjoy coordinating with people across different teams and helping others build the knowledge needed to support successful conversions.

What inspires you?

Seeing the first statement run successfully with minimal errors and watching teams apply what they've learned to troubleshoot issues independently. I enjoy being part of a team that works well together and contributing both knowledge and support throughout the conversion process.
