What do you think WealthTech will allow advisors to do in five years that they can't do now?

Take on more households and accounts by using AI to handle routine tasks, allowing advisors to spend more time helping clients manage their retirement goals.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The industry has moved from predominantly Waterfall delivery to Agile and, in many organizations, a combination of both. A hybrid approach can provide the structure some firms require while still allowing teams to review and refine solutions throughout delivery.

What are you most focused on in your role at F2 Strategy?

Helping people understand and adapt to change, particularly how business and technology initiatives affect their work and align with organizational objectives. This feels much closer to how a seasoned project manager would actually describe their work: factual, experienced, and credible without overselling it.
