Olga Gappasova is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy with 15 years of experience in investment technology, performance measurement, attribution, investment data management, and front-to-back operational transformation. She specializes in helping asset managers and asset owners improve investment data quality, performance analytics, and technology platforms that support complex public and private market portfolios.

Olga brings extensive experience with SimCorp Dimension as well as other leading investment platforms, helping clients improve operational workflows, strengthen data governance, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. Previously, she held roles at Meradia, CPP Investments, SLC Management, SimCorp, and Manulife Asset Management. Her experience spans traditional and alternative asset classes, including fixed income, private credit, private equity, and derivatives.

Olga enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and connecting with friends. She recently traveled to Nepal and has explored destinations around the world. She volunteers with CFA Society Toronto and the Canadian Investment Performance Council, supporting professional development and industry advancement initiatives. She is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
