Paige Chaussee
Paige is senior consultant at F2 Strategy where she bridges the gap between people and data. She has 13 years of experience working in the realm of operations and software implementation leadership, working for small and midsized law firms, RIA firms, Trust companies and banks. As Operations Manager and Director of two separate RIA firms, she guided the firms through several large data and technology transitions to platforms such as Black Diamond, Morningstar, and Salesforce. These humbling and rewarding experiences help her relate to her clients during their own transitions. Though a native Minnesotan, Paige now calls the North Carolina coast home and enjoys the mountainous and oceanic scenery it has to offer.

I value the opportunity to think and work cross-functionally. Every new industry, individual and procedure I encounter promotes growth for myself, my colleagues and my clients.
Who or what inspires you in your job?
I’m inspired by the idea that the work we do today can promote financial literacy and acumen in our youth and underserved communities. We have more access to financial education and resources than ever before, and the reach of access continues to grow exponentially.
