I’m most passionate about deeply understanding client challenges, working closely within their teams, and translating those insights into strategic, practical solutions that create real impact. The learning exposure is incredibly high, and I’m constantly being challenged to adapt and grow. I also really value the opportunity to travel and experience new places, which adds another dimension to the work.
Who or what inspires you in your job?
I’m inspired by the people I get to meet and work with, both clients and colleagues. Having access to senior leadership and the opportunity to build strong, lasting professional relationships is incredibly motivating. Working closely within client teams makes the experience even more meaningful, as it allows me to collaborate deeply and see the real impact of our work together. I learn something new every day.
