Pouneh Poutas is a Senior Manager at F2 Strategy with more than 13 years of experience in investment management systems, specializing in the implementation of technology solutions for financial services organizations. She brings deep expertise across investment accounting, data, and technology, helping clients lead and execute complex initiatives ranging from account conversions and system integrations to large-scale platform implementations.

Throughout her career, Pouneh has served as both an implementation manager and project executive, leading engagements from requirements and discovery through implementation and deployment. Her experience working across a variety of client environments, as well as both for technology vendors and as a consultant representing clients, gives her a well-rounded perspective on how to plan, approach, and successfully execute complex transformation initiatives. She also brings extensive experience in process improvement and change management, helping organizations translate business requirements into practical solutions that support their desired future state.

Pouneh earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Finance from Suffolk University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and two young children and trying new restaurants around the Boston area.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now? Absorb everything you can.  

Observe how people engage with one another, take in all the information you can and don't worry about knowing everything right off the bat.  Lend a hand wherever you can.

Don't take things too seriously; everyone is struggling in some way so try to make best of any difficult situation
