Ryan is a Manager at F2 Strategy. Joining F2 from Meradia with 14 years of investment operations and transformation experience, he specializes in derivatives and collateral, outsourcing strategy, and operational transformation, helping asset managers and service providers navigate complex change while driving measurable business value.

Ryan has led large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy and solution design through implementation and conversion. His expertise includes operating model design, service provider oversight, and the optimization of investment operations across fixed income, equity, and derivative products. He is particularly knowledgeable in SimCorp environments, helping firms improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and build scalable processes that support long-term growth. Before joining Meradia, Ryan led strategic initiatives within investment operations at Vanguard.

Ryan is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and delivering meaningful results through thoughtful, organized execution. Based in the Philadelphia Metro Area, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and snowboarding. He’s also known as our Ping Pong Champion.

Keep an open mind and jump in. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Stretch opportunities are how you grow.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The evolution and adoption of AI has changed significantly. There is a requirement to start adopting and utilizing AI when it will add value.
