Swati brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and financial services transformation. As Head of Applied AI Transformation, she leads initiatives focused on helping investment management firms translate AI from ambition into real, enterprise-wide impact. She works closely with asset managers, asset service providers, hedge funds, pension funds, private wealth managers, and OCIOs to advance AI readiness, modernize data foundations, and implement responsible AI practices. Swati is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate the shift to AI-enabled operating models, balancing innovation with practicality, and driving change that is both measurable and sustainable. She lives in Greenwich, CT, and enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new hobbies from pickleball to classical Hindi music.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?  

I’m most passionate about helping clients move from ideas to real transformation such as taking something as complex as AI and making it practical, meaningful, and impactful. I care most about the relationships I build along the way. It's very meaningful to me to earn trust, by showing up consistently, bringing fresh thinking, and helping clients feel confident in the path forward. These partnerships are what make my work matter.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I’m inspired by those moments when a problem that once felt overwhelming suddenly becomes clear; when new solutions open up possibilities people didn’t think were achievable. Seeing that shift in perspective and the excitement it creates for clients and teams is what makes me love the work I do.
