What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

My advice is to begin every client engagement with a clear focus on creating value and making a measurable impact. Don't simply fill a role—be a catalyst for positive change.

Look beyond your immediate tasks and deliverables. Take the time to understand your client's business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide thoughtful insights that help decision-makers act with confidence. The consultants who stand out are those who not only execute well but also help clients see around corners and navigate change successfully.

What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

To me, “Do Good with Tech” means leveraging technology to solve real business challenges and improve outcomes for both organizations and their clients.

In wealth and asset management, that often means helping firms streamline complex processes, reduce operational risk, improve data quality, and eliminate manual, resource-intensive activities that can hinder growth and service quality. Technology should enable people to focus on higher-value work rather than repetitive tasks.

As consultants for F2 Strategy, we bring an objective, industry-wide perspective that helps clients cut through organizational complexity, competing priorities, and decision paralysis. The goal is not simply to implement technology, but to help clients make smarter, more strategic decisions that create lasting value.

What do you think WealthTech will allow asset managers to do in five years that they can’t do now?

Over the next five years, WealthTech may fundamentally change how asset managers deliver investment insights, operational services, and client experiences. The biggest shift will be the ability to provide highly personalized, real-time reporting and analytics at scale. Today, firms often rely on fragmented data, manual processes, and periodic reporting cycles. In the future, integrated data platforms, AI-driven analytics, and advanced automation will enable firms to deliver customized portfolio insights, risk analysis, ESG metrics, and performance reporting on demand.

We at F2 Strategy anticipate greater convergence between investment, operations, and client service functions. Technology will enable firms to move from reactive reporting to predictive intelligence—identifying risks, opportunities, and client needs before they emerge.

Ultimately, WealthTech will allow asset managers to operate with significantly greater efficiency while delivering a more transparent, personalized, and data-driven experience to clients than is possible today.
