What do you think WealthTech will allow asset managers to do in five years that they can’t do now?

Better balance their portfolios, and open them up to investment opportunities they may not think of or may be outside of their comfort zone, providing fast and efficient data that can inform them and help them make decisions that they otherwise may sit on or take too long to decide upon, “missing the boat” so to speak

Who or what inspires you in your job?

First off, my dad, and the work ethic he engrained in me growing up, both watching him and working for him. Secondly, the bosses and mentors who have helped me along the way, as well as several of my co-workers, who I have both worked with and who have worked for me.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

Spend as much time in the office as you can while you are young. It is an extended college period, where you can build long-lasting friendships and working relationships that will serve you well for the remainder of your career.
