Uma Tharanipathy is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy where she specializes in helping asset managers and service providers modernize operations, implement technology solutions, and navigate complex organizational change. Joining from Meradia, Uma has led large-scale implementation, onboarding, and operational transformation initiatives across global financial institutions. She spent more than a decade at BNP Paribas where she was responsible for client implementations, strategic transformation programs, digitalization initiatives, and delivery governance.  

Uma supports clients on data and digital transformation initiatives, including SimCorp implementations and operational modernization programs. Known for her results-oriented, empathetic, and pragmatic approach, she excels at bringing structure to complex challenges while balancing strategic objectives with operational realities.  

Uma enjoys hiking, exploring new cuisines, and cooking for her family. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally and gives back through sponsoring a child's education in rural India. She is located in King of Prussia, PA.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Prioritizing work-life harmony early on may be one of the best decisions you ever make for yourself.

Rapid technological advancements have brought AI from science fiction into everyday reality. Portfolios and investment structures have become more sophisticated.
