What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

Always stay curious and willing to learn. Don't be afraid to speak up, ask questions, and learn from the experiences that others around you share. Keep an open mind about what you think you know; be adaptable to things changing rapidly.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I carry my passion for hospitality in everything I do. What fills my cup is being able to impact those around me in a positive way, whether that is clients, or colleagues.

What are three words that describe how you do your job?

Curious, collaborative, diligent.
