SAN FRANCISCO – November 8, 2022 – F2 Strategy, a wealthtech management consulting company serving complex wealth advisory firms, today announced the addition of three new team members to its Executives in Residence (EIR) program, bringing the total number of executives to six.
F2 Strategy’s EIR program was launched in September at the inaugural Future Proof Festival with an initial cohort of four C-level executives. It offers members a unique opportunity to network outside of the traditional, corporate, full-time role structure and drive industry advancements. While in the program, EIR professionals can engage in cutting-edge client work, research, or mentorship, depending on their current career goals and passions.
The newest F2 Strategy Executives in Residence are:
- Jennifer Dempsey Fox, former President of Wealth Management at Bryn Mawr Trust, is a preeminent financial services and wealth management executive with an aptitude for identifying emerging trends and recognizing potential growth opportunities.
- Luke Winskowski has been associated with Thrivent for over 18 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Advice & Wealth Management. He also served as a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, leading transformation of a legacy Fortune 500 core distribution business.
- Mark Eaton works to provide horizontal architecture at scale as an independent big-data platform architect and executive. Most recently, he worked with on-demand streaming service Crunchyroll to ensure event-driven architecture, availability at scale and near-real-time petabyte processing.
